Cale's Biography

Dr. Cale W. Atteberry was born and raised by the late Dr. Ray E. Atteberry and wife Kathy, in Forsyth, IL. The youngest of three children, Dr. Atteberry is thrilled to have returned to his hometown to continue is father’s legacy of providing quality dental care to the residents of Central Illinois.

Dr. Cale is proud to have received his Doctor of Dental Surgery education from the University of Tennessee, again following in his late father’s footsteps. He also earned his undergraduate degree at College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to joining Dr. Burmeister’s pratice, Dr. Cale had the opportunity to train under two senior dentists with over 60 years combined experience at a Nashville-area practice. It was this work experience that helped shape and sharpen his general dentistry skills and learn the true intricacies of providing quality patient care.

Dr. Cale takes a tremendous amount of pride in treating patients fairly, knowing very well that his father set a very high standard throughout his 33-year career. Like his father, Dr. Cale strongly believes in educating his patients so they have all of the information possible to make the right treatment decisions that are best for them.

Dr. Atteberry is affiliated with the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society, and he is also involved in various continuing education curriculums to stay current with all of the latest technology and advancements in dentistry. The field is changing drastically and rapidly, and Dr. Cale is adamant in staying on the leading edge and giving his patients the best dentistry possible.

In his free time, Dr. Atteberry enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and being at the lake with friends and family. Dr. Atteberry is a huge dog lover and is looking forward to rescuing in the years to come.
