Dr. Mohammad Douleh, D.M.D

Mohammad's Biography

Dr. Douleh grew up in Oak Lawn, IL where he began to cultivate a true calling for being a healthcare professional. Dr. Douleh’s passion for helping people and making communities healthier places is part of what drew him to dentistry. He enjoys the rewards and challenges of being able to restore a patient’s smile and confidence.

Dr. Douleh is proud to have received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. During his fourth year, he was awarded the Dr. Sami Latif Academic Scholarship for academic excellence. He earned his undergraduate degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Dr. Douleh was involved in a myriad of extracurricular activities throughout his academic career. This included working as a registered nurse in a medical surgical unit at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL prior to beginning his training as a dentist. During his time at SIU SDM, he participated in programs uch as Give Kids a Smile Day where he provided free dental care to children, and Veterans Care Day where he provided free dental care to veterans.

Dr. Douleh believes in building trusting relationships with his patients to help ensure they are comfortable and confident with the treatment choices they make.

He is affiliated with the American Dental Association and the Illinois State Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Douleh enjoys spending his time traveling, exercising, and trying new foods. He also enjoys going on walks with his wife and their dog, and spending time with their families.
