We understand that dental procedures are sometimes unexpected, which is why we accept most dental insurance plans. Our knowledgeable staff will help you find out if we are in-network with your insurance. For our patients with insurance, you are responsible for paying the co-payment at the time of your visit and the remainder of any non-covered costs upon receiving the bill.
We know there may be some out of pocket expenses, so we also offer flexible financing terms and accept a variety of payment choices, including most credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
We also have the option of an interest-deferred loan for treatment exceeding $250 through Personal Finance Company which can be amortized for up to one year with loan approval. You pay no interest on this loan if paid within the finance company's approved loan period. Personal Finance Company does charge a 10% fee to us, which is the patient's responsibility and due to our office at the time of service.
For our patients without insurance, payments are required during the course of care as each service is rendered. It is customary to receive full payment for emergency visits at the time the services are rendered.
